We had an enjoyable stay and well located. The staff were very helpful to my husband who has mobility issues. The room was large and bed very comfortable. For breakfast there was a good selection of options.

The very friendly and helpful staff, including the first class Tatiana on reception and her colleague (whose name I didn’t get), who sorted tea making facilities in our room and Inês, at the rooftop bar, who gave us an excellent explanation of the local regional wines. Very clean and comfortable room with great air conditioning. Nice rooftop bar with great view of the old town and university. Good breakfast. Great location very close to the heart of the old town.
