All 2 days of our stay, the AC was not working and repeatedcomplaintsdid not bother the staff at all. The flush tank was faulty, and the water was getting wasted for long. Towels were of very poor quality and yellowish, don't know if they were fresh towels at all.. no soap holder in the shower area...

PROS : 1.Reception staff- Check-in and check out process: fast; no hassles. Staff were co-operative in extending our stay .Restaurant staff were pleasant and welcoming . 2.24/7 hot water 3.Cleanliness-good 4.Dinner buffet : grand feast and reasonably priced ; breakfast buffet post Pongal holidays was very good 5.Location : close to Ganga hospital -about 2km , Shopping district is 2-3 km walk
