Contact with the property is very good both before, during and at the end of the stay. It is worth having Google Translate at hand because communication on site takes place exclusively in Italian. For us, this was not a problem, when both parties want to come to an agreement, they will always find a way. It is worth reading one of the older reviews about the apartment itself, it is not one whole, but two rooms with bathrooms and one room with bathroom and kitchen and dining room, separated by a public corridor. All life takes place in the dining room-kitchen, where there is a large table, a great tiled stove and a nice atmosphere. This room is for the exclusive use of the apartment renter. The apartment is right on the Cogolo market, downstairs there is a bar, and nearby there is a very nice pizzeria by the public car park, pizza and service are great. You can leave your car in the public car park, it is worth parking in the spaces with a white line, these are free. You have to pay for the blue spaces in the machine. In order to unpack or pack, you can drive up to the apartment itself. Shop Espar is like 50 meters from the property. There is everything you need on site, bedding, towels, cutlery, pots, plates, etc. A deposit of 50 euros is left at the beginning, but if we leave the apartment in good condition, without damage, it is returned. Cogolo is a town close to the PEJO ski resort. It is small, but it is worth going up the mountain one day, because the views from the very top are amazing. We drove to the Daolasa station by car, there is also a ski bus from the public car park, but it goes long and quite rarely. The drive to Daolasa or Marileva 900 is about 12-16 minutes. We rate the entire stay positively, Family, 6 adults and one 5-year-old child.
