++spotless clean,location close to center,kettle in room --just 6 cramped parking lots,no manned reception,no hot water in shower at morning,low privacy due to small curtains, loud music from basement till 23:00...and directly under landing planes....no minibar or spender for drinks to buy...

Whilst called a hotel - it is really a back of apartments. The "hotel " is located in a very quiet area.
