It was clean, plenty of room, close to beach and beach supplies. Plenty of everything - could perhaps do with a few more wine glasses.

Location was key here bc they're right across the street from the beach and parking is under garage out of the sun, you have a mini mart next store if you have any last minute items you forgot. You can't make noise after 9pm bc it is a privately owned community but that wasn't an issue for us.
