We've stayed at the site 4 years in a row, which we love. The caravan itself is dated and shows signs of wear and tear. When we arrived, it didn't look like it had been cleaned very well and had a funny smell. This went after we aired the caravan out. When we got the spare duvet from under the main bed, there was mould on the wall and the sugar jar also contained mould. Lots of cobwebs and generally unkept

The sofa was really comfy and big, the table.and chairs were also really comfy. Plus their was more chairs in the cupboard which my son used. There was more than enough seating to ensure we were all comfy. There was soap, washing up liquids new sponges, a new chopping board and the kinfes were really sharp.
