Lovely hotel in the heart of Ciutadella but in the quiet street. Well sized room with king size bed and firm mattress. There were essentials in the bathroom (toothbrush, tootpaste, shower gels and shampoos) and in the room - coffee machine, coffee pods, cold drinks in the fridge and local biscuits. All topped up during the daily clean. Backpacks, beach towels and parasols were a great idea too.

I loved everything about our stay here. The hotel is very clean, with a beautiful and cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Our room was spotless and thoughtfully appointed with wonderful, complimentary extras. We were so pleased to find a minibar stocked with free water, soft drinks, and beer, as well as coffee pods and sweet treats – all offered by the hotel. The location is perfect, situated in the heart of the historic center, yet the room was quiet and peaceful. The host, Sebastian, is very kind, welcoming, and always available to offer recommendations and support. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Beautiful hotel, perfect size for a couple and such lovely staff. Easy communication on WhatsApp. Location was perfect in the centre of Ciutadella. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Sebastián provided really clear, friendly communication and information to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. Fantastically located and wonderful extras like beach cooler bags and parasols!
