Staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to help! We arrived very early and we able to check in at 9am, they have great laundry service, they gave recommendations on things to see and helped call us a taxi when we needed to leave early.

The garden / eating area is a little oasis within a (not so pretty) city. So you really feel like you are out of the city. Claudia is one of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met at a hostel - she has a wealth of knowledge about everything and a constant smile on her face and kindness to her heart. The breakfast is delicious and so cheap. Probably the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in a hostel. A good base to travel around the surrounding natural beauty spots - highly recommend renting a car. Which can be done through Claudia / the hostal.

Great hostel with small kitchen and nice common areas. Claudia was so helpful throughout our stay. She is probably the nicest person that we have met all over Mexico!
