Walking distance from the centre of Ciudad Quesada, 15 min walk. Supermarket and nearest cafe/ pub is a 5 min walk away.Apartment is in gated environment, feels very safe. Would like to have had access to the parking space that is on premises. Host had forgotten to leave keys behind. However there are public street parking, so not an issue. Host that met us was very friendly, and his English was good, since I don't speak Spanish that was a lovely pluss for us. Tip for improvement; couldn't find information as to where you are supposed to get rid of waste. We were there in September, so it starts to get colder. There weren't any duvets. However there was a large blanket, that I put on. But it feels cleaner with a made duvet. Not at all a dealbreaker, just not experienced that anywhere else on my travels in Spain. The most negative is the outdoor furniture, they desperately need updating. Rooftop furniture is ok, however some of the sunloungers upstairs were ruined and also the parasol was broken on the roof. But the view was amazing and it was so beautiful to sit up there and watch the sunset and sunrise🤩🤩 Table and chairs outside kitchen is in good condition, lovely for breakfast 👌 It is sun all throughout the day on this plot. But the lounge out front on the steps,is dirty and the cushions are all ripped. Maybe would have been better to not have anything there. Just get rid of that and put a plant there. The 2 plastic chairs on balcony outside master bedroom are also broken. Need replacing as this balcony is so beautiful. I sat on this balcony every night with my book and a glass of wine. So peaceful 🤩 The longest review, but needed as it is such a beautiful place. The inside of this apartment is so practical and beautiful. It has so much equipment, it's very clean and well equipped inside. Get rid of broken furniture, stains on sofa and this place would be immaculate 👌👌 Thank you for a wonderful week in Ciudad Quesada.

Good area of the town. Only a 15 walk to the main street in Quesada. Lovely duplex apartment in a lovely development. Hot air conditioning which was needed with the cold evenings. Nice furnishings, very comfortable bed, great showers.

Samara 33 was clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. Extremely well equipped. Great air con, good outside space with a fabulous pool. Thank you to Oscar who let us in and recommended a lovely restaurant nearby.
