The location was picked because of its proximity to the us consulate. And the complimentary breakfast was very good.

The room was exactly what we needed. Location was very close to US Embassy which was a plus. Alot of things nearby like restaurants and shopping center all at a walking distance.

Breakfast was delicious just missing pan dulce for the coffee at night. Staff was very polite and helpful.

the staff! professional and friendly - made me feel very welcome from the first interaction. no-fuss check in and check out. excellent location!! simple but yummy breakfast; free-flowing complementary coffee at the lobby. there is a spa (Sade spa) and a 24-hour restaurant (Denny's) right next to the hotel. within 5 minutes walk to Starbucks and Las Missiones mall - love this! very efficient (just the right temperature) room heater, wifi and hot shower. a lot of movie channels (although everything in spanish 😁)
