Тhe place is amazing. The building was newly built in 2021 as far as we understand. The rooms are very spacious and have the most important thing - a balcony with a sea view. A small kitchen corner allows you to make a salad, sandwiches, coffee... The hosts are a super friendly Greek family who will help you with holiday tips or a little salt for the salad... I am writing this short review with the serious concern that the place will become too famous and I won't be able to get reservations anymore :)

We enjoyed very much the view from the balcony, which was breathtaking. We also liked the hospitality of the hostesss, a very polite and kind person. Extremely beautiful room, large and modern, equipped with all the necessary for meals. New towels every day, cleaning on a daily basis. Also there is a very lovely garden where to relax. Extremely close to the beach and to supermarkets. Plenty of space for parking. It was extraordinary for us and we highly recommend it!

Giannis and his mother was very kind and helpful. Facility was very close to the Golden Beach. Room was enough large and it had very good balcony. Kitchen tools were adequate. Everything was great. I have advised this facility to my friends who will come to Thassos.
