Location was good, breakfast was very good with good choices, apples available every day, full range of amenities available and stocked daily (toothbrush, shower cap, etc), heated floor in bathroom - no complaints. All Staff were EXCEPTIONAL, a special shoutout to Mark (concierge) who went above and beyond to ensure our stay and visit to Christchurch was enjoyable and memorable.

Loved the service and location! Service was exceptional (it deserves a second mention), and they made us feel right at home, with complementary drinks brought to our room, the warm hellos and goodbyes whenever we walk by the front door, fresh apples all day, etc.
