High quality room, very clean and well fitted out. Sink in kitchen area, good kitchen amenities. Daily chocolates. Quiet. Good access. Close to Hagley Park.

Great place, owner was lovely and walked us to our room. Room had a spa bath which didn't expect. We stayed for Electric Ave this made it great to Hagley park

The bathroom was great pressure in the shower/bath, nice size room with plenty of natural light. Dry clean & tidy, great having windows open with safety latches.
