Did the check in at the front desk, and asked if we could get a room with betther views. They offered the option and showed us both rooms to decide, in the end we went for the better view one for a very rasonable upgrade fee. Enourmous apartment with two very big bedrooms, the beds are very comfy. Breakfast was good as well. Facilities are amazing, with gym and large swimming pool and sauna Location is great, with shopping mall, metro attached to the hotel.

Special thanks to Mr Yang Chen Zhi (Orange) he was very helpful and went out of his way to get us ferry tickets and arranged everything for us, making the whole process seamless and enjoyable. He also gave great suggestions on food and attractions. We really appreciate his friendliness and warmth when dealing with us.
