The hotel will apply a THB 10,000 plus 7% VAT cleaning fee to any guest room that violates this non-smoking policy.

Breakfast was superb, staff were very attentive and polite. Thank you to the chef for making us a custom tea straight from your herb garden! So much attention to Detail! Our rooms were immaculately cleaned. Will miss this place. Thank you to all the staff.

Brilliant staff, great location, wonderful food. Good also to see the Hyatt Koh Samui has recently installed solar panels on the roofs and is becoming greener. Well done.
