The staff was so helpful and very friendly. They helped me to order a taxi from the airport and checked me in in the middle of the night with a smile on the face. The hostel is very clean and bed and beddings are very confortable.

EXCEPTIONAL! from booking, check in, and the stay. LOCATION: The hostel is located in very near walking distance to the main points of interest you want to see in Chisinau, there are restaurants, a supermarket & bus stop nearby. Within a 15-minute walk you are at the main Park and square of the city. Two museums are within 5 minute walk around the corner HOSTEL: it is wonderfully clean and well kept. The decor is travel oriented & anywhere you look there's something interesting to see. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and I love the fact that each bunk has a privacy curtain. In addition there is a folding desk & shelf in each bunk which is something unique I haven't seen before and incredibly helpful. There is a small fan, light, two outlets & 2 hooks in each bunk. The AC works very well and the rooms & bathrooms/showers are incredibly clean and all smell very nice. The showers have an extra area for dressing near the shower behind a curtain, with a small stool and hooks which makes it very convenient. There is plenty of storage under the bed for carry-on luggage, as well as 10 hooks in the room (10 per bed) and some lockers outside the rooms. They have a no "outdoor shoes" policy so you take off your shoes when you enter and they have storage cubes for your shoes. So bring your flip-flops or if not they have clean slippers available. It gives a great "at home" kind of vibe to the hostel! WiFi works very well all around the property. COMMON AREAS: There are plenty of lounge areas including a sunroom/balcony area as well as a gazebo outside. The kitchen is well equipped and kept very clean with plenty of room in the large refrigerator for everybody's food. There is a microwave and gas stove top, pots, pans, plates, glasses, utensils, paper towel etc. STAFF: great communication from all of the staff as well as the owner via WhatsApp before checkin.

The staff are friendly, owner seems fairly hands on, check in on guests etc which is appreciated. The showers downstairs are a decent standard for a hostel and generally a good value option with other travellers using this hostel.
