Great location, excellent accommodation. Very clean and hot hottub! BBQ / outdoor grill had a full gas bottle and was ready to use. The kitchen had everything you needed. Great wifi and smart tvs. Having 2 bathrooms was great, especially for showering before the hottub. Well laid out accommodation, which felt secluded with wildlife. It would be advisable to take earplugs and eye masks as we did, there is some traffic noise as close to road and the curtains aren't blackout; however, this did not affect our stay and would definitely book again. The interior has been well thought out with everything you need and more. 2 minute walk, and you are at the canal, which has a great flat walk and a pub opposite the site.

Perfect place to stay!!!! Stayed over Christmas and could not of asked for more...3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and own hot tub.Steve was so nice and helpful through the entire stay.....will be returning soon. Thank you for giving us a wonderful Christmas.
