Room could do with a good clean. Nice furniture and bedding and well appointed. Floors need proper hoover and bathroom floor cleaning. Bed linen was good

The staff were really lovely - they helped us with a late check in (via lock box) and also kindly arranged us some breakfast when we missed it. The bathroom in our room was also fantastic.

We stayed there to visit a number of gardens in Oxfordshire and found staff consistently helpful and cheerful. The food was good (although a little less salt would have been better) and a good choice of freshly cooked breakfast options was very much appreciated. We would definitely stay there again.
