The whole experience. The person on reception was very welcoming and always ready for help. Be it with arrangement for food to ideas on where and how to travel. The rooms were clean and the view from my room was also great. The hotel staff responded to request for water quickly and I didn't have to ring up multiple times.

It justifies the name - Luxury. We have stayed in Suite room which was economical and very well maintained. The staff are also cooperative. We stayed for 3 days.
