The Garden area is fantastic, loved it. Location 5mins outside Chichester and 10mins into Bognor Regis. great location and lovely pub just 2mins drive, 10mins walk.

We all absolutely loved it. The whole place is like a gem that offers various sparkles from different angles. Clare is a super caring and attentive hostess. Her welcoming personality eases you, and nothing is too much trouble, and there is a cute hamper that awaits you on your arrival. It was such a nice touch. The grounds are just absolutely incredible. The vastness of the garden and the peacefulness are magical. House itself is wonderful with every window, offering you different views of the beautiful surroundings. All was spotless. I can not recommend it enough.
