Spacious house in large grounds. Very quiet and peaceful. Well equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were very easy to deal with and kindly accommodated our request to store bikes on the last day. Met our needs perfectly.

The location was very good, with easy access to many interesting and nice places nearby - the beach, Chichester and Fishbourne for example. The house was spacious and comfortable and the large garden was enjoyed by us all.

The location was perfect as we were exhibiting at Goodwoof Festival and the drive in our large van was very easy. We had ample parking for the van and our additional car. The house is spacious and very well equipped, especially the kitchen and the bathrooms. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the towels were huge! My communication with Eric, the host was also excellent.

Very comfortable beds, very spacious property, had everything we needed we came for my sisters 60th birthday we all had a fabulous time would definitely return the owner also allowed us to stay later which was wonderful thank you so much we have made some great memories
