APA Hotel & Resort Tokyo Bay Makuhari is conveniently located, just a 7-minute walk from JR Kaihin Makuhari Station. It has elegant rooms, a swimming pool and 9 dining options including a lounge on the top floor of the hotel. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Narita International Airport is either a 40-minute bus ride away from JR Kaihin Makuhari Station, or 60-minutes by train.
The rooms are spacious and well equipped with a flat-screen TV, heating and air conditioning facilities, as well as, a work desk. The en suite bathroom comes with a bathtub, a hairdryer and toiletries.

Good sized room and comfortable bed. Room amenities were excellent and there were plenty of them. Was able to gather information on the hotel through the TV which was great. Could cast movies/shows to the TV. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Was able to adjust aircon to your preference. No issues with the wifi. I liked that you could open the window a bit for fresh air, and when shut the outside noise was very little. The restaurant was good and convenience stores on site was great. I stayed here to be closer to Disney for a fraction of the cost, and it was an easy train ride there and back. It was also an easy train ride to Tokyo Station to catch the Shinkansen after my stay here. It is a little far away from the tourist spots of Tokyo but it was lovely to be by the ocean after staying in the heat of the city. There is an outlet mall nearby that was great for shopping.

Excellent hotel near the venue of the annual conference. Absolutely stunning view of Tokyo Bay. Small but cozy rooms with everything you need. The hotel has several cafes and restaurants, as well as shops where you can always buy groceries, cosmetics and an adapter for an outlet in case you forgot to take it with you.
