The fine print
Please kindly note:
- The front desk operates from 10:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 22:00. Check-in is available between 15:00 and 21:00.
- Please inform the property the expected arrival time in advance especially for guests who would like to check in after 21:00.
- Late check-out after 11:00 occurs an additional charge.
- Luggage storage is possible after 10:00 within the front desk operation hours. The luggage storage is at guests' own risk. Guests are required to take care of their valuable items.
- Rooms provide shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste and towel. Guests are kindly required to prepare other amenities or toiletries when necessary. Bath towel is rentable at an extra charge.
- The number of parking is limited and on a first-come-first-serve basis. Parking reservation is not possible. Guests can also find public parking at the location nearby.
- Guests are required to comply with the maximum number of guests each room can accommodate. No extra bed can be provided.
- This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise from 10 pm to 8 am.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Excellent stay at this hotel , room really modern clean and comfortable, good hot shower , kitchen eating area with fridge and hot and cold drinking water , free soft drinks in fridge , close to train and bus station only 10 - 15 mins … really nice staffs … highly recommended a stay here!

The room was clean, tidy and relatively spacious! The decor around the entire property was so cute and felt very homey/family friendly. The room decor is very stylish and modern. The shared kitchen and dining area is really useful and was a nice touch! I wish more hotels had it. Breakfast is apparently included on weekends, but even though we stayed on weekdays, the staff let us use their jams and butter <3 The staff were lovely and provided us with ample supplies for our stay- water, little snacks, ammenities and were very responsive to our needs throughout the stay (including adding an extra nights stay on the day of the original check out when our plans changed). We are so so grateful. We had a very comfortable stay! The location is ~15 minute walk from Chiayi Station, and close by to many restaurants. It’s a good area.
