Very comfortable bed, good price and location- close to the bus/train station (1km) with good options for food all around. Very clean generally, free water.

Stayed as a family of 4, we got two rooms on 7th floor. The lift up worked well but was dirty. We liked the view from the window (although we would have liked the view the full sized windows). Big sized bed and nice duvet (although small) Price was low
