I loved everything. From the friendly welcome from the staff to the facilities, everything was perfect. Breakfast was much better than I was expecting and I also paid for them to do my washing which saved me a lot of time.

Exceeded our expectations. The staff were fantastic and anything we needed they achieved. We arrived very tired after an overnight bus and the owner kindly allowed us an early check. Excellent location beside many lovely cafes and bars. The beds are fantastic. 10/10!

I had an absolutely amazing time at Sathu Hotel! The place is lovely, cozy, and incredibly strategic, making it super convenient to move around the area. Although the hotel and rooms are on the smaller side, the warm hospitality more than made up for it. A huge shoutout to Peatk and Pam, they are truly wonderful! Their kindness and attention to detail made my stay extra special. When my friend came to visit (even though he wasn’t a guest), they thoughtfully prepared extra dessert and fruit for him during breakfast. Such a sweet and unexpected gesture! It was a pleasant trip to Chiang Mai and I must say Sathu Hotel contributed a major part of it!
