A very good hotel with quality service, but on the pricier side. Although advertised as family-friendly, it feels more geared toward business travelers. For the same price, there are alternative options that offer better family facilities like kids’ pools and playrooms.

We loved the relaxed and chic atmosphere the setting at RatiLanna provided. The pool was amazing, always clean and spacious. All staff was extremely welcoming and polite. Restaurant food was tasty. Great experience at the SPA as well - I fell asleep during the Crystal Oil massage!
