Great staff, more facilities than expected, and the room was cleaned, towels and bedding refreshed everyday. It was also a fantastic location, close to everything, including food, massages, ATMs and markets.

All of the staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. In particular, the lady doing the bookings for trips and activities was amazing. She also taught me some of the Thai language. The swimming pool was lovely to cool down in at the end of a hot day. It wasn't very big, but big enough.

Great hotel right in the old town of Chiang Mai, so you're very close to a lot of good food, temples etc. The hotel staff are very friendly, and they have their own tour desk for if you want to do any local tours.
