Good location for Old Town. Pleasant surroundings with a few coffee shops close by. Friendly staff. Good, spacious, comfortable accommodation.

Very nice place with a mix of backpackers and families. Amazing kind and helpful staf. Only a few minutes walking to Chiang Mai old town. Plenty of little restaurants nearby.

Nicley located near market and city center. Very kind staff and a cool swimmingpool. The house is niceley renovated. We have stayed 8 nights with three children and very much liked it. A unique place with a real Thai smile.
