As soon as we walked in the door we went "wow", the decor and layout is really nice. The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming, we were made to feel like royalty! We were given classes of butterfly pea juice as a welcome, and a fruit platter delivered to our room with a note to sleep well. Our rooms were on the 6th floor, great view, lovely big rooms with a window seat. Really clean. The air conditioning works well, and cools the room quickly. Blackout curtains keep the heat and light from the sun out. The outdoor pool on the third floor is awesome, the kids loved it. Very relaxing sitting by the pool. Its not heated but very refreshing on a hot day. Would 100% stay here again as our first choice, and highly recommend it. There's a 7 Eleven about 5 minutes walk down the road. The hotel has its own parking area, that is monitored by parking attendants at both the entry and exit.

Friendly staff, the hotel was clean and seemed maintained. I like that it was in a quiet location not too close to the center but close enough. I had my own car, so could drive to the nearest shopping center. And for travelers by train, it was relatively close to the station. There's a nice massage place nearby, a minute walk tops.
