Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and spacious room with everything you might need- storage space, hangers, kettle, instant coffee galore.

Very accommodating host. He provided excellent help and also tips for restaurants close to the building. If you want a nice place to enjoy Chiang Mai then this is perfect. Also enough space to park right in front. Quiet for being right in the center of the city.

thank you for the nice host. He is quite nice to provide many information and assistance. It’s easy to contact with him by WhatApp or WeChat after booking their house. We have a good conversation before my family arrived Chiang Mai. During the stay, when we need any help or stuff, the host will do the best to assist us, including taking our luggages to the fourth floor. The location is very good. it’s easy to go anywhere. Restaurants, massage and 711 are all nearby.

The entire room was extremely clean ( we rent the penthouse at 4th floor ). We found the room has large amounts of space and many shelves where to put our thinks. Extra comfortable bed. The toilet facilities were excellent, with shower, water sink and toilet divided by 3 different area ( all with doors ). Air-conditioner and lighting all functioned perfectly. The room has a lot of electric sockets and friendly use. Fridge big and with many water of bottles available for our stay. The room it's located in the center of the old city, and is very easy to go to any location by foot ( first time in Thailand we did not feel necessary to rent the motorbike ). Special thanks to the owner which is a fantastic host ( who speaks English and has many recommendations for places to visit and things to eat ).
