Staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel rooms had charm and a unique style. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was opulent. There were lots of stairs to get to the rooms at higher levels, winding around and in the building and no lift, so it might not be a good choice if you have lots of heavy luggage or bad knees (even though the staff did offer to help with our luggage).

Absolutely beautiful hotel with lovely wooden details. Bathroom was massive with delightful open waterfall shower. I had a little balcony which was useful for relaxing and drying out clothes. Staff were wonderfully friendly and held onto my luggage when I arrived before check in. Lovely area to wait for any tours at the front with a bubble chair and benches. Great restaurants and breakfast options, as well as a laundrette and convenience store all within a 7 minute walk. A wonderful place to stay in the old town.

Hotel in oldtown little noicy but not too much. doors arent soundproof at all but it didnt bother me because low season is not busy. Nice big room with nice big bed, at least i did like it. Staff were very helpfull and can speak good english if you need help with anything.

Phenomenal detail on every single aspect of the entire building including everywhere in our room, beautiful architecture and art that is unique and true to pictures
