Quiet side street location yet conveniently close to convenience stores, the morning market, and a night food market. The staff did not speak much English but were very helpful getting our luggage up and down the stairs to the rooms. We booked our stay without breakfast because we planned on sampling the offerings at the markets but there was a small freezer from which we could help ourselves to single-serve cups of ice cream! The rooms were clean and had a small fridge, kettle, and a small selection of coffee and tea. We’d stay here again!

the location is the best. Night, wet and supermarket are within 5-10mins from the hotel. Room is clean and bed is comfy.

Nice staff. Everything clean and tidy. It is within Chiang Mai's central square, so you can reach everything easily. Free fruit at the reception and water in the room. Good wifi. Very quiet at night.
