The landlord responded very quickly and provided good service. The location is excellent, and it is convenient for eating and shopping. This house has a certain history, but it is very Chiang Mai-style. Fresh style. There is a shared space, and the hygiene is very good.

Quiet and cozy, not a hotel, feel like home, away from the crowd of Chiang Mai old City. With Grab taxi, it's 80 ThB & 5 min drive to the old city. A variety of eating places around. Great host. Excellent value
