Friendly staff ready to help. Access of facilities -free water, drinks to help yourself throughout the day if needed, umbrellas. Location -really great for strolling around and accessing tours. Warm and friendly atmosphere 😊

The hotel staff were more than happy to help and always ready to provide excellent service. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious, and the facilities were top-notch — especially the air conditioning and the 55” TV! We had six happy and comfortable days in Chiang Mai, and we’d definitely consider staying here again next time!

Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and kind. Breakfasts were delicious and there were different choices every day! Great location.
