Booking.com requested a smoking room, but we didn't want that. We got an upgrade and got a room with kitchen. Really nice!

Always happy to have a bed during busy festivals and we were here for a Chainsaw Carving Competition.

Upon check-in, I was immediately met with a very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable clerk. She helped me with my luggage as I have a bad knee and back (next time I will ensure I ask for a main floor room), and she made accommodations when the credit machine glitched by bringing me my receipt. Very wonderful.

Even though the room was a little worn, great care was taken in the cleanliness of the room. Little added touches like the special fold of the towels and TP imprint. The room was large and had two comfy chairs. Best part was looking out the window and watching a deer grazing on the property grass!
