The instructions were good and there was no problem finding the place and accessing the property. The shower was excellent - once you've set the pressure and temperature the first use, it's just a matter of pushing a button for future showers. The apartment had all the facilities we expected or needed.

Great location easy to walk into Chester. Great little house all you need. Quiet street. Wasn't impressed when staff member tried to let herself in 9.30 in the morning to drop off cleaners bag when we paid for a late check out.

Location was good, right into Chester centre in 10/15 minute walk. Spacious accommodation for a couple, big lounge and dining kitchen area. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking.
