This was our third stay in three months and as ever was wonderful. For the price and location the rooms are wonderful. Always exceptionally clean and of a high standard. We chose to have an upgraded room the last two stays, for a little extra room. We stayed on the top floor which is light and bright. We had different hosts on this stay and what a joy they were, as were the previous hosts. Nothing is too much trouble and the continental breakfast and eggs were delicious. We look forward to returning in the new year.

Fresh, calming decor. A modern classic vibe. Easy to locate and centrally located to a range of areas, without the access issues of city centre properties. The room was immaculate, great shower room, very comfortable bed and plentiful hot refreshments should you require. A wonderful, warm greeting despite having only booked 20 minutes prior to the 8pm deadline. I was offered a choice of two rooms and went for the one by the front door and was advised that I would hear the door as people came in and out, however I was happy with that as not a light sleeper. The complimentary breakfast was a joy with beautiful layout and an abundance of choices, including meats and cheese. Having stayed the previous night in a central hotel with a high price tag and been extremely disappointed, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I shall return when back in the area.

Friendly manager, come with the simple breakfast, the little cute dog. The room was spacious and everything very new and clean.
