Well maintained property, friendly owner/staff without being to pushy. Excellent breakfast in a lovely breakfast room. Location was good, a 15 minute walk to the city centre. On site parking was OK, limited to 5 cars maximum. The fourth and fifth cars would block in other cars. Not suitable for very large cars. The cost was good for the quality of accommodation.

It’s was very comfortable and great location. Very close to train station which easily took us to Liverpool for a day trip.
