The room and facilities were good, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The 24-hour reception was a great benefit, especially given the current situation in the country. However, due to my very late arrival, I missed breakfast, and unfortunately, the hotel was unable to provide any food at all. Considering the hotel's remote location and lack of nearby amenities, the absence of any food options is a significant downside for guests." Would you like a more casual tone or a softer phrasing for the criticism

Beautiful modern hotel. Surprised, didnt expect so modern. Rooms are big, bed comfortable. Breakfast good.
