Very ok guesthouse. So much so that we stayed there twice. Good value for money. The rooms are clean and modest, but sufficient. Two single beds, a chair, a table, a mirror, a bar for hanging clothes, wet towels, etc. Hooks on the doors. The bathrooms are clean, although a bit run down, but ok. They are in each room: shower + toilet (on the ground floor - western, on the first floor - Indian). The fan in both rooms worked well and quietly. Drinking water from a tank available at the reception. The staff was very friendly and okay.

The room is good for bachelors, students and solo travellers... Water facilities and electricity is also good here...

Good place to stay: good price for a double single room with private bathroom and fan. everything is clean(not easy to find it in India). The owner is very kind, helpful and respectable. I will recommend to book a room here, you will be safe and confortable! Important: good and nice wi-fi network(also difficult to find it in some areas of India)

It was neat and clean, no problem with sheets, bed, washrooms, internet. It has all basic amenities, if you are coming for work and want to stay for 2 nights it is good and value for money to stay well connected. Near the beach, Egmore railway station, MAS railway station, anna square.
