Hoong “Grand Parcvue made all the difference”

Grand Parkvue would rank at the top of my list in my 14 years of travelling in Australia, Asia, Europe, North and South America. A very comfortable and clean apartment/hotel with kitchen and laundry facilities, close to Jinjiang Hotel metro, connected to Yanlord Landmark mall with a reasonable food court, it is very suitable for long stay (as well as short stay) visitors. More importantly, the staff are exceptional and this flows down from the top. Jason, the general manager (from Singapore) is very personable and he made our stay very comfortable, enjoyable and we certainly had fun playing table tennis with him. The staff are exceptional and most speaks English and some speaks very good English. Mira from the front desk was excellent. She organised a car and driver for us for a day tour and even drop by the hotel on the eve to ensure everything was to our satisfaction even though it was her day off. The lady who cleaned our room was excellent as well. I unfortunately wasn't well for a couple if days and she did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable. Grand Parcvue made all the difference to my stay in Chengdu and I will most certainly stay in Grand Parcvue when I revisit. Chengdu is a very nice place to visit and men, if you want a happy life with a happy wife, take her to Kowloon Plaza and let her shop till she drops.

Facilities in the room especially the kitchenette and washing machine bring convenience and comfort. Water pressure in the shower room was good. View from the room is fantastic. Front office staff was very helpful (gave me tips on some locations where I can make day trips). Location of the hotel is perfect (close to metro line 1 and 2, walking distance to Renmin Park).
