We had everything we needed for a short stay, including basic cooking facilities, and we could come and go as we pleased. Although the annexe belongs to a larger private property (we didn't meet the owner but the gardener was very friendly), it felt relatively private and it also felt safe because of the gates at the front of the house. It was a good size for the 2 of us (it looked bigger in the morning for some reason!) and was fitted out perfectly well. You can walk into Cheltenham via a footpath just up the road if you enjoy that kind of thing, about 3 miles each way to the centre.

The Annexe is very light and airy and very comfortable , Peaceful and quiet which made it more relaxing after a hards days work.

Location was excellent, felt quiet and rural but was only minutes away from Cheltenham. Very private, we never encountered our hosts in the house proper which suited us fine. Property was very clean and we appreciated the nice toiletries. Hairdryer and iron/ironing board provided and having a toaster and microwave in addition to the fridge and tea/coffee making facilities is a helpful touch.
