A great location with effecient automatic check-in so I could turn up when I wanted. The room and bathroom were spacious and there was a good shower with plenty of space. And it was very good value compared to other properties in a similar location.

The location was excellent for town but difficult to find it in relation to the parking available as it wasn't possible to stop near the property and I thought this was included - could be made clear that the available parking is an NCP car park situated nearby. The room was lovely and clean and comfortable as well as private and everything needed was available in the room. We found the locks a bit tricky to begin with but Ivan helped us with this and we were fine. It was nice to see the venue being used attached to the building, which felt very welcoming. It was really good value for money, with all of the basics included. The mattresses were good quality and very comfortable. The entrance and communal areas were clean and well kept and included bins for rubbish disposal downstairs - no obvious recycling though! Overall, very satisfactory.
