The fine print
There are no reception staff. Please provide a mobile phone number when booking, as an entry code will be sent by text on the day of arrival. If you do not have a mobile phone, please contact Central Studios after booking. Please note that the WiFi connection can be intermittent. Kindly note that in the event of a 'Call Out' for a staff member in a non-emergency, a fee of GBP 35 will apply. Please note that in the event of a lost key an additional deposit of GBP 25 for a spare key will be required and is fully refundable on the return of all keys. Please note the lead guest must be 18 years and older. Special Conditions may apply for group bookings, please contact the accommodation for more information. Central Studios operates a 24 Hour Contact number. Parking operates on a first come first served basis. Please note all rooms offer shared bathroom facilities and are not en-suite.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. - The location is good. very close to the railway station. - I got my room on the ground floor at the back building. Very convenient for my heavy luggage. - I like the carpeted floor. Kept my feet warm on the rainy day.
