The location was good. the place was clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Clean towels and bedding. Smoke alarm worked. Water was nice and hot with good pressure. Nice change from using hotels

Location, within an hour by car to Colchester, Southend and Saffron Walden, and by train to London. Towels, beautifully soft. Heating, warmed up very quickly. Property, cosy, clean and welcoming. Shower, great water pressure! Service was friendly and prompt, we had forgotten to request parking permit. On request via email, this was sorted very quickly. It is suggested, tho, to request this during the booking process.
