Location, close to the beach.Good restaurants near the hotel.Big comfortable rooms.Friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely room and big bathroom. Plenty of storage space. Loved that it's like a little chalet. Decor is very dark so can make it feel smaller but there are plenty of lights. Seating area with a drying rack out the front too. Pool was a great size and so warm. Also have pool towels. Right on the seafront with a beautiful view. Great location. Close enough to the restaurants and bars but away from all the noise. Just at the end of the road or a few places down on the beach. The planes do travel right above the hotel but the earliest they started was around 8am.

The staff were helpful and friendly. We needed to change rooms on first day (very noisy air cons in room 413) and it was done without a problem. The rooms are spacious, pool is great and breakfast very nice.

I liked the location, close to the beach and the centre of Chaweng. I stayed in one of the deluxe cottages. Basic, but very comfortable.
