All good. As it is Paris, it is not the cheapest Ibis Budget, but good safe location, with nice view on the city.

The hotel is well situated, connection is easy with the train stop a minute away. The room is just good for the price, very clean. No noise. Shopping is made easy with good supermarkets and restaurants within reach.

The hotel was very clean, and breakfast was ok. The parking availability was good (but it cost 7 euros per night). Good shower. Good view of Eiffel Tower, which flashes after dusk on the hour.
