The photos don't do justice, nor can you appreciate it when looking on Google earth. It's actually a 19th century house connected to a 21st century one via the garage, with the garden running continuously behind both. The garden gate accesses Rue Carnot. Typically you enter via the garage and go into the 21st century house with full bath, LR, DR, den and open kitchen whose sliding doors open to the garden; upstairs is the master bedroom, bath, deck that has a peak ocean view; walking through the den takes you into the nicely renovated 19th century house containing 3 bedrooms and bath and garden access. Modern decor throughout. BBQ in garden , perfect for entertaining; lots of glasses, plates, utensils. Modern high quality appliances. 2 refrigerators (one with ice maker) allow you to stock lots of Champagne, local rose & white wines, beer....; sink in the garage to wash feet when coming from the beach. just minutes from the beach and Rue du Marche [commercial center].
