Rooms are accesed via elevator or stairs on a shared outdoor passway. The room I got was a bit run down, with wall paper teared on some places and linolium flooring. Balcony chairs weathered. The room is spacious and a good size for two, kitchen area right by the entrance (room 1004 on top floor). Amenities for kitchen and washing/drying clothes are excellent. Great AC. Walking distance to beach, shop and restaurants, including amusement area American Village. The bed was of good size but too soft for me, very opposite of whats expected in Asian countries. The bus stops to/from other places on the island are 10-20 min walk away (such as Chatan Gateway by department store Aeon).

Location is really close to the beach. From the room the ocean view was impeccable. Can watch the sunset from the comfort of the room. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Able to loan free beach towels every morning to facilitate visits to the beach. There is a foot wash corner at the hotel so you can wash off the sand after getting back. Rooms are generally clean.

Location was perfect. The beach is right outside. The view from the room was spectacular. Everything was perfect.
