Great communications from the host from the outset. On arrival, we found a welcome package and essentials to be able to make tea and coffee whilst we settled in. The cottage is in a quiet location, very comfortable and exceptionally well-equipped. There are three good sized bedrooms and ample seating etc.for six guests. A cosy separate sitting room is great if you want somewhere for a quiet read, far from the madding crowd. A lot of local information was provided which was very useful when planning what you want to see and do. The location makes it ideal base for exploring the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site and there is a great deal to do in the local area - walking, fishing trips or a guided fossil hunt are just a start!

Close to shops & playground and just a short walk to the beach. Comfortable beds, plenty of space, and washing facilities. The owner left fossil hunting kit and a drawer full of toy dinosaurs for the kids.
